Oat Crackers

You will need...
  • 1 ½ cup oats
  • 2 tablespoons of organic olve oil
  • 4 – 5 tablespoons of water
  • Sea Salt
  • Chopped thym or other aromatic herbs
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 180ºc
  2. Put the oats into a food processor and pulse several times to grind them into flour.
  3. Add salt and thyme and pulse again
  4. Add the olive oil and the water and pulse. Continue to add water to form a dough
  5. Place te dough between 2 sheets of wax paper and roll to about 2-3 mm thick
  6. Using the back of a knife, partially slice the dough 
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 minutes or until just barely brown
