You will need...
  • 300grs cashews
  • Food processor or blender
Directions
  1. Spread nuts into baking sheet.
  2. Roast the nuts for about 5 to 10 minutes.
  3. After removing from oven, let cool completly
  4. Place the nuts in a food processor or blender and blend until makes flour.
  5. Scrape down the sides and keep blending.
  6. During this process, stop a few times to scrape the sides of the container
  7. Blend until you achieve your desired texture (creamy and smooth).
  8. Add butter to a jar and store in the fridge for 1 to 2 months
